These are the Standard Terms and Conditions for Oasis SoftWash LLC:


1. Legally Binding Agreement:
By entering into a contract with Oasis SoftWash LLC, you are agreeing to a legally binding agreement for the completion of work at a pre-determined price. If you breach this agreement, any deposits made to the company will be forfeited as damages.


2. Water Usage:
By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Oasis SoftWash LLC with access to an on-site water supply for the completion of the project at no additional charge. If an exterior water supply is required, there will be an additional charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that the water supply is functioning properly before our arrival. Additional charges may apply if water is not available.


3. Electrical Usage:
By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Oasis SoftWash LLC with access to an on-site source of electricity at no additional charge. If an exterior source is required, there will be an additional charge.


4. Color and Tone Concerns:
The age and weather of the wood used can significantly affect the final color or tone of the stain. Variations in density and other characteristics of the wood can also result in variances on individual boards as well as the entire project. While Oasis SoftWash LLC strives to represent the final finish color and tones as accurately as possible, some variation in the overall finish is to be expected.


5. Courtesy:
While Oasis SoftWash LLC is on location and working on your property, it is your responsibility to keep children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area for your safety and ours. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface for at least 24 hours after our work is completed.


6. Payments:
Payments to Oasis SoftWash LLC are due as per the contract schedule and are to be made by check, cash, or credit card. All balances are due upon completion of the job. Any deviation from this policy must be agreed upon and in writing in our contract. Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by Oasis SoftWash LLC related to the collection process of outstanding balances.


7. Scheduling:
Scheduling can be challenging in a business that relies on the weather. Inclement weather may affect scheduling, and we will do our best to minimize scheduling conflicts. However, circumstances beyond our control may affect the start and completion dates of your project. We will notify you of any changes.


8. Removal & Replacement of Deck Contents:
You are responsible for the removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters, and any other items. If we need to remove items from the deck, we will not be held responsible for any damage, breakage, or storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.


9. Damages:
Oasis SoftWash LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders, and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Oasis SoftWash LLC will not be responsible for such conditions. Oasis SoftWash LLC will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.


10. Stains:
Some stains cannot be removed by pressure washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, oil, splatters from stains, and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We will make every effort to identify these areas for you when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed.


11. Watertight: Oasis SoftWash LLC Services expects your property to be in good repair and completely weathertight. This includes all electrical services, including receptacles and light fixtures, as well as doors and windows. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from water infiltration due to poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items or doors and windows.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the work is performed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county in which the work is performed.


13. Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the customer and Oasis SoftWash LLC and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral. Any modification of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.


14. Acceptance:
By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement, and agree to be bound by them.
